Ordered a pair of 6E wide size 14 Dunham shoes for men that weren't wide enough and hurt my left foot. I returned them. I had to pay shipping back which was just shy of $25 and I was charged a $12 restocking fee. Don't order from here unless you are absolutely sure of your size. If you have big feet, you know that even when you're sure, sometimes the shoes still won't fit. You could go to a physical store, try on a shoe, not buy from the store but order it here and it might not fit. Then you pay extra like me. Not worth it.

This was my first time ordering from XLFeet. I was extremely pleased with the New Balance 1080V12 black sneakers that I bought from them. The sneakers that I wanted were hard to find in an extra wide width, but XLFeet had them available. They were very easy to order, and the purchase arrived in a timely fashion. I definitely would recommend XLFeet to anyone needing to purchase large size sneakers.

I have really wide feet. Literal Fred Flintstone feet. Cannot find shoes that fit. All I've worn for decades now are Keen sandals so my feet can splay out, lol. I came across XL Feet and talked to Adrian. He really knows his stuff! Asked me a few questions, made a recommendation and I ended up with the best, most comfiest shoes I've ever worn. 10 out of 10!

I have big feet, very big legs and wear a brace on each foot. My foot gear requirements are complicated. For years I wore shoes ordered from a catalog and ordinary socks, which were unsatisfactory but I knew no better. That is until I saw an ad from XLFeet showing bariatric socks. Exactly what I wanted; I now some 12 pair. It became time to order new shoes; I ordered the same old from the XL catalog. I Had second thoughts and called to speak with somebody in their retail store. I talked for some 30 minutes with an associate. He thought a different size (15EEEEEE) from a different source would better fit my requirements.Where do you find such? XLFeet has them in stock! I ordered a pair and was told to return the first purchase for a full refund. Before we disconnected I told the associate that it was a distinct pleasure to talk business with a man who knows his product and can tell others about it. Everything worked to my complete satisfaction. Suggestion: if you are in this category get a heavy duty shoe horn. I could not don the shoes without mine.

I have bought several times with no issues. This time I was in need of boots 6E wide. I spoke with customer service who advised of the new Wide Load boot. After wearing just a few hours I knew it was not going to work. They didn't fit. Contacted Customer service thru email. I was told if they have been warn no refund would be given. Over $200 boots worthless to me. I will go back to the other companies I have bought who give time to try. It's hard to try on footwear when bought online.
